Business Account Manager · Small Business Sales
Make every day a blue ribbon day with AT&T. Your advanced business sales skills will build, strengthen, and maintain relationships with clients. You·ll be growing new business, proactively seeking opportunities, and reaching out to potential clients.
Your responsibilities include setting and meeting sales goals, planning and managing accounts, and securing new business, as well as retaining previous accounts for companies with 50-100 employees. You·ll generate and follow-up on leads in a defined geographic territory.
To help you achieve your goals, we have dedicated business customer care serving over 10 million subscribers; customizable online portals for business and government customers, including tools for large data deployments; broad portfolio of handheld business devices, laptop cards and integrated laptops; wireless business process enablement for multiple industries including fleet management, field service automation, pharmaceuticals, healthcare, legal, financial services, etc.; and, professional data solutions consultants, systems engineers and project managers to support wireless deployments from design to implementation

What do you need for this position? Energy. Enthusiasm. Confidence. A business degree and/or equivalent experience and 2-4 years proven sales experience are also necessary. Excellent written, oral and presentation skills are a must, as are organizational and time-management skills. Position Qualifications:



·Business Degree (Marketing major preferred) and/or equivalent work experience.
·2-4 years successful sales experience preferably in the wireless, data and/or telecommunications industry with a proven record of accomplishment in meeting quota and solution selling/account management.
·Proven ability to sell complex solutions, preferably wireless data.
·Experience selling in a cold calling environment.
·Excellent verbal, written, presentation and interpersonal skills.
·Strong organizational and time management skills.
·Strong negotiation skills, confident and aggressively seeks new business.
·Flexible team-oriented individual.
·Ability to work successfully in a virtual environment.
·Decision making and problem solving capabilities.
·Ability to present professional image of self and company.
·Experience in handling customer inquiries and ability to handle difficult customers professionally.
·Personal commitment to provide quality products and service.
·Ability to use Microsoft suite as well as other computer software packages as required.
·Ability to travel.
·Valid driver·s license, current auto insurance, and reliable vehicle per transportation needs of market.
